Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tspGinger
  4. 2 tspGarlic
  5. 2 tspChilli powder
  6. 4Raw onions
  7. 4Fried onions
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 1/2 cupYoghurt
  10. 1/4 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add in raw onion and fry till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add in all the ingredients and bhoono well.

  4. 4

    Cook till chicken is tender and gravy slightly thickens.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
