Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. About 3.5 oz (100g, or as much as you like) pork
  2. 1/2 leaf(or as much as you like) napa cabbage
  3. 1/4 cup (60 ml)ponzu sauce
  4. 1/2 tablespoon (7 ml)sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon (5 ml)sake
  6. 1 teaspoon (5 ml)mirin
  7. as neededSesame oil,
  8. 1little green onion (optional)
  9. 1 packudon noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the ingredients.

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork. When it starts to cook through, add the napa cabbage and continue stir-frying.

    Add the udon noodles and the sauce made by mixing the ingredients marked with ★. Stir-fry until the udon is heated through and everything is well combined.

    Sprinkle with green onion if you like (I found it optional).
