Cooking Instructions

Put all the ☆ ingredients into a plastic bag. Inflate the bag with air, seal it, and shake well to mix.

Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces. I cut it into 8 pieces this time. If the meat is thick, cut the thickness in half.

Add the chicken to the bag from step 1 and shake well to coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook both sides of the chicken from step 3 over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
