Ingredients

2 cupslukewarm milk
1/2 cupolive oil
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspsalt
1 packetyeast
4 cupflour

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except flour

Add in flour then mix till soft dough

Cover to rise and double in size almost 2 hours

Flatten with rolling pin then roll dough into sausage and put in greased tin

Leave to double in size again for almost 1 hour

Bake in 190 degrees oven for 25-30 mins
