Ingredients

5 minutes
6 pancakes
  1. 3 CupsAll purpose flour
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar powder
  4. 3 Cupsmilk
  5. 1 teaspoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

If you have icing sugar, that's perfect. Otherwise take sugar and make it powdered in a blender.

  2. 2

Now add 1 egg, 3 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and milk well with a fork to make a homogeneous mixture. Give it a nice whist for about 3 minutes.

  3. 3

Now add all purpose Flour and mix the whole batter. There should be no bubbles or chunks. Give it a circular whist with a fork for about 5 minutes to achieve this result.

  4. 4

Now take an 8 inch nonstick pan (or whatever you have: any other size, tawa) and put on medium heat. Once the pan is hot brush it with oil and spread a small amount of batter in the pan. Let it cook until brown comes on the sides. Flip it over and cook the other side as well for 20 seconds.

  5. 5

This batter will give you 6 full pancakes of 8' diagonals. If you use any other size pan, or make smaller pancakes, then the amount of pancakes will be different. But this is sufficient for 1 happy mommy 1 happy daddy and 2 happy kids
