150 gtofu
70 gall-purpose flower
20 gskimmed milk powder
20 gsugar
5-10 gbaking powder
1egg

Mix flower, skimmed milk, sugar, and baking powder.

In other bowl, mix tofu and egg gently.

Mix all together.

Put the dough gently. Fly each side for 5 minutes with low heat. Don't touch the drought too much or it will lose fluffiness.
