Cuban Mojo Pork Roast Cuban Mojo Pork Roast
This recipe is originally made by Roy Choi and it was featured on the 2014 movie Chef. The recipe was adapted by Nagi from RecipeTin Eats but the original recipe called for a 1.75kg boneless pork shoulder. Roll the pork up and tie with a string to form a roll. Roast in a 220C oven for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 190C and roast for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the middle reads 70C. Rae -

Turkey Brine Turkey Brine
This brine will make your turkey extra moist. We tried the brining method a few years ago and haven’t looked back. The brine recipe is enough for a 16-24 pound turkey. I will be brining 16 pounds of turkey breast. The recipe is courtesy of Kikkoman soy sauce. The difficult part of this recipe is finding refrigerator space. I will add picture when I get the turkey in the brine. cindybear -
