Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour (maida)
  2. 1 tspBaking soda
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg powder
  7. 1 tspCinnamon powder
  8. 1/2 cupButter (I used desi ghee for rich flavour)
  9. 1/4 cupCocoa powder
  10. 1/2 cupWhite sugar
  11. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  12. 3Ripe banana (medium sized)
  13. 1 tspVanilla essence
  14. 2Eggs
  15. 1/4 cupChocolate chip
  16. 1/4 cupWalnut & raisin

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 180C

    Mashed banana set aside

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients

  4. 4

    In another large separate bowl cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy, add an egg one at a time beat it well after every addition

  5. 5

    Add mashed banana with vanilla in egg mixture, stir it all together.

    Now fold all dry ingredients in mixture

  7. 7

    Pour mixture in greased pan, sprinkle nuts & chocolate chip on top

  8. 8

    Bake it for 50-60 minutes at 180C or until toothpick instered comes out clean

  9. 9

    Let it cool on wire rack
