It was a dish of early Royals kitchen. Even though this recipe requires very few ingredients and cooking time how ever in today's time it is very rare to see this dish being prepared any where.I believe this is the reason why this dish is considered as a lost recipes.

Chicken kofta is an everyday curry dish in India. I made a simple version with a basic curry sauce, using ingredients I had on hand.The top photo is has a decreased amount of chicken soup added in Step 12.If adding yogurt, add 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well after each addition.Repeat as needed.
