Take a dal wash and soak at overnight.Then grind well add salt beat in few minutes for your hands.

Take a appam pan put fone drop oil then put batter cover with lid after few seconds flip another side.Vada dip in normal water.

Take a big bowl put whisked curd then add all spices mix then put vadas dip in curd.

Take a serving dish put vadas and curd then sprinkle spices,all ketchup and garnish pomegranate seed grapes, carrot and beetroot.

Then enjoy chill chill dahi vada.
