ปอกเปลือกบวบและหอมหัวใหญ่ออก แล้วนำผักทั้งหมดไปล้างน้ำให้สะอาด จากนั้นหั่นหอมหัวใหญ่+บวบ+ฮอทดอกให้เป็นชิ้น และหั่นต้นหอมให้เป็นท่อนๆตามชอบ
Peel off the zucchini and yellow sweet onion. Then wash all the vegetables with clean water, Then cut yellow sweet onion + zucchini + hot dogs into pieces, and then cut spring onions as you like.

ตั้งกระทะใส่น้ำมันลงไป ใช้ไฟกลาง แล้วนำหอมหัวใหญ่ลงไปผัดให้หอม จากนั้นใส่บวบ + ฮอทดอกลงไป แล้วผัดให้เข้ากัน
Set a pan on a gas stove, add oil, use medium heat, then add yellow sweet onion and fry until fragrant. Then put zucchini + hot dogs in it. Then stir fry well.

ใส่น้ำเปล่าลงไป แล้วใส่ซีอิ๊วขาว+ซอสหอยนางรม จากนั้นผัดให้เข้ากัน แล้วรอให้บวบสุกดี
Add water, then add soy sauce + oyster sauce. Then stir well. and wait for the zucchini to be well cooked.

จากนั้นตอกไข่ลงไป คนไข่เล็กน้อย แล้วรอให้ไข่สุก แล้วผัดทุกอย่างให้เข้ากันอีกครั้ง
Then add the egg, and stir a little, and wait for the egg to be cooked, Then stir all well again.

จากนั้นใส่ต้นหอมลงไป ผัดให้เข้ากันเล็กน้อย แล้วปิดแก๊ส ตักใส่จานเสิร์ฟได้ค่ะ
