Chocolate Babka bread (vegan) Chocolate Babka bread (vegan)
#nonindianBabka is a traditional Jewish cake which is actually a cross between a cake and a bread. It is made of a rich brioche and a chocolate filling topped with cinnamon and nuts. Although it's a time consuming affair but it is worth every bit of effort. It's so delightful, warm and comforting that you will fall in love with it once you take a bite. This decadent beauty with swirls of chocolate and walnut filling melts in the mouth and leaves you asking for more. It's my second attempt to make Babka. First time I made it eggless but it had butter and milk in it. But this time I have made a vegan version of it and trust me I didn't miss anything and the flavours were equally good. Coffee Monkey Bread Coffee Monkey Bread
I wanted to bake some monkey bread because I just bought new kugelhupf molds. To change things up, I made coffeed flavored monkey bread.Adjust the amount of water depending on your bread starter. It takes some time and effort to divide the dough into small balls, but you just have to be patient! No need to worry about the balls not being equally sized; it'll still end up looking good. The key is to work fast! So I decided on these.♡ They're probably good for Valentine's Day too.♫♬1/26, I changed the method of shaping the dough just a little bit. Milk Chocolate Hearth Bread Milk Chocolate Hearth Bread
I wanted to eat a chocolate version of the Milk Hearth Bread. I adjusted the recipe so that it would work with cocoa powder, which tends to dry out the dough.- Use 192g milk when using imported bread flour.- Warm up the milk to skin temperature during the winter.- If you cut a slit into the center first, then you can balance it out by cutting on the left and right.- You can add in chocolate chips or walnuts if you like. For 2 servings. Recipe by itarunrun cookpad.japan -

Simple Danish Bread Simple Danish Bread
I don't have a bread maker. I just rely on the bread-rising function of the oven I bought 5 years ago. This is a simple and delicious Danish pastry dough. It takes about 2 hours just to let it sit in the fridge. You can make good use of the time by doing housework while waiting.Once you try it, all of the steps are rather easy aside from the amount of time it takes. Recipe by m&coo cookpad.japan
