Great way to use up the last cornflakes in the packet! So yummy! Crunchy and chewy texture.

Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 125 goats
  2. 2 tbspgolden syrup
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 50 gbutter or margarine
  5. 80 gcrunchy peanut butter
  6. 50 graisins
  7. 80 gcornflakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put butter, syrup, sugar and raisins into a pan and heat until butter is melted, or alternatively melt in microwave. Stir in peanut butter.

    Mix together cornflakes and oats. Pour over syrup mixture and stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Pour into a lined baking tin and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.

    Pop into a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until golden and beginning to pull away from the sides if the dish.

    Cut once cooled and enjoy.
