Basic Any Bread

I wanted 1 easy standard bread recipe that I could use for rolls, sliced bread, bread bowls, sandwich rolls, etc. Also by adding 1/4 cup honey in place of 2 tbsp honey it makes for a sweeter bread.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cream butter and honey in a mixing bowl, add yeast and water let set for 5 mins.
- 2
Add 2 cups flour mix well. Slowly incorporate 1/2 cup of flour, the dough will start to form a ball.
- 3
When the dough is firm enough place on floured surface and knead another 1/2 cup of flour. I knead for about 10 mins the dough is elastic but still slightly sticky
- 4
Place bowl in sprayed bowl cover let rise for 1 hour.
- 5
After 1 hour punch down, place on floured surface, separate, shape, and place dough on greased baking sheet.
- 6
Preheat oven to 400°f
- 7
When oven is preheated mix 1 egg and 1 tbsp water, and baste over bread. Bake bread in oven
- 8
Rolls (12) 10-15 mins loaves (2)30 - 45 mins until golden brown top

Basic White Bread Basic White Bread
I "developed" this recipe by first learning how to bake using a food processor and then graduating to a stand mixer. I had no idea what the dough was supposed to look like, feel like, how long to knead, or anything. Through random YouTube videos and many failed attempts I finally made something I am proud of. Here it is! Jacob Allord -

Basic Bread Dough Basic Bread Dough
Since I'm making it myself, I want to have a rich pastry dough. Bread baked with this dough is delicious on its own. A very elegant bread dough.Be sure to give it plenty of time to rest (this helps you shape it easily). This dough is relatively high in moisture, so I think it's easy to handle. Bake at high temperatures for a short period of time. That'll give you a fluffy, crisp texture. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Poor Boys Basic Bread Poor Boys Basic Bread
After making my "Poor Boys Cornbread" I thought, why not try a basic bread? Like my cornbread recipe, this is not going to be the tastiest bread you have ever eaten. It will be the most basic bread recipe you can find, requiring the least and most basic ingredients.Note: Makes a decent biscuit substitute in sausage gravy. Tom Barnard
