  • 6boiled eggs
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 2Finely chopped green chillies
  • 1Finely chopped onions
  • as requiredFinely chopped coriander
  • 1 cupSoaked urad dal
  • as per tasteChat masala
  • as per tasteBlack pepper powder
  • as requiredTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • as per needRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  1. 1

    Cut the boiled eggs into half.

    Mash the boiled potatoes,add chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped coriander,salt,chilli flakes,chat masala and black pepper powder and mix it.

    Now grind the soaked urad dal with salt and ginger garlic paste.Add salt and chilli flakes.

    Now coat every half egg pieces with potato mixture.

    Dip these coated egg halves into the dal mixture and deep fry in the hot oil.

    Now fry them golden brown and serve with a dip of your choice may be green chutney,sauce mayonese or red garlic chutney.
