Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 sliceswhite bread, cut into 8 triangles
  • 2small eggs, beaten
  • 1tbsp, or more, Furikake (I use the Mishima brand)
  • Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • White pepper (to taste)
  • Sesame oil (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up a non-stick pan.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients, except the white bread.

  3. 3

    Dip and thoroughly coat a triangle of bread into the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Fry both sides of the bread till egg is cooked.

  5. 5

    Repeat for all the triangles of bread.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
