Pea's in Hash Brown with Pork Chops

Calories amount to 2.700,or 2.800. Did use 4 medium sized Maris Piper Potatoes. Is dry, is good to add some shop bought Tomato Ketchup Sauce to a side of the Dinner Plate. Is good to rest the cooked Pork Chops for at least 10 minutes - yes - I did have the cooked Pork Chops cold. The Packaging on the Pork Chops suggested Pan frying for 20 minutes. Is a Dinner for One Person, but it could feed Two People.

Broccoli and Hash Browns Potato Salad Broccoli and Hash Browns Potato Salad
I used all the stuff my daughter loves - broccoli, hash browns, mayonnaise and curry.Make the hash browns as crispy as possible!Use as much curry powder as you like. The sauce is delicious with a lot of it added in.If you're planning on using this in a bento, use less mayonnaise and season well with salt and pepper to avoid the flavor turning bland. For 1 plate's worth. Recipe by Natsumomomama cookpad.japan
