Calories amount to 2.700,or 2.800. Did use 4 medium sized Maris Piper Potatoes. Is dry, is good to add some shop bought Tomato Ketchup Sauce to a side of the Dinner Plate. Is good to rest the cooked Pork Chops for at least 10 minutes - yes - I did have the cooked Pork Chops cold. The Packaging on the Pork Chops suggested Pan frying for 20 minutes. Is a Dinner for One Person, but it could feed Two People.
