Ingredients

  1. Kodo (Millet)
  2. Water
  3. Tomato 🍅
  4. Spring Onion
  5. Onion
  6. Chilli
  7. Timur Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Millet and Water and Form a Bater(Watery) Constancy and mix and let it rest

    In a pan Boil Tomatoes In Salted Water until They are Cooked

    Then in a Mixture put The Boiled Tomatoes, Chilli, Salt,Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Spring Onions and few leaves of Mint for Freshness and Don't Forget to add 5-7 Cloves of Timur Pepper.

    Then Cut Onions in Dice (Burnoise) and mix with Chutney for The Crunchy Texture (Taste and Adjust)

    Then Get a Pan hot 🔥 then put Oil in it and with a ladle put 2 ladle of the Mix in the hot pan then Spread it and Let in cook in one side then turn it as it is a Sticky Mixture it will Stick after Turning so Don't Forget to put oil after Turning and Taste the Roti for doness (As Time Varises due the Thickness of The Roti)
