Cooking Instructions

Roughly chop your choice of vegetables. Use up leftovers like cabbage, onions, bell peppers, etc., from your fridge.

Cut your choice of meat into bite-sized pieces. Pork belly or fish cake are delicious options.

Turn the hot plate to high heat. Add a generous amount of vegetable oil and stir-fry the chopped vegetables and meat. Do not cover with a lid.

Once the vegetables and meat are cooked, add the udon noodles. Then add the ☆ seasonings. Stir-fry while loosening the noodles.

It may look light in color, but it should be well-flavored. Adjust according to the amount of vegetables used.
