Ingredients

  1. Dough
  2. 1 1/2 cupWater, warm
  3. 3 tbspExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 1 tbspHoney
  5. 2 1/4 cupAll-Purpose Flour
  6. 1 1/2 cupWhole-Wheat Flour
  7. 2 packagesActive Dry Yeast
  8. Pan
  9. 1Baking Spray
  10. 1 tbspCorn Meal or Bread Crumbs
  11. Topping
  12. 4 tbspLow-Sodium Pizza Sauce
  13. 12 sliceLow-Sodium Turkey Lunchmeat
  14. 1/2 cupShredded Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Add dough ingredients to large mixing bowl in given order and mix evenly into dough ball. If dough is too dry add water, keeping in mind that the dough surface will dry somewhat as it rises.

    Cover bowl with wet cloth and let stand for 1 to 2 hours (or longer) at room temperature.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit (220 degree Celsius).
