Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet and add the carrots.

Cook till soft and liquid evaporates.
- 3
Add the milk and cook on low flame till liquid evaporates.

Add the condensed milk. Cook till liquid evaporates.

Add the ghee. Mix and cook till aromatic.

Add the nuts. Mix well.

Add the khoya and cover with the halwa.
- 8
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Serve garnished with nuts.

Place one spring roll pastry on a board.

Place a tablespoon of halwa on top half of the wrapper, leaving a clearance.

Fold the sides in and roll the wrapper.

Seal with cornflour sludge.

Complete with remaining wrappers.

Place in air fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes at 205c until golden and crisp.

Place some halwa in a serving glass, spreading some on the sides.

Place 2 rolls in the glass and add the ice cream.

Serve immediately.
