Ingredients

  1. 1banana
  2. 2satsumas
  3. 3dates
  4. 3kiwis
  5. 250 graspberries
  6. 200 gblueberries
  7. 500-750 mlcoconut water
  8. ginger

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel all the fruit & ginger.

  2. 2

    Blend with the coconut water

  3. 3

    Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for a day or two
