Ingredients

  1. Frozen Raspberries
  2. Frozen blueberries
  3. Frozen Mangoes
  4. Frozen Strawberries
  5. Dates
  6. Walnuts
  7. Coconut water or Spring water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the fruit that you like to a blender add coconut water or spring water, and I added 4 dates for a sweetener

  2. 2

    Once blended I topped it with walnuts dates raspberries and blueberries and bananas Injoy 😊
