Cramel tamarind classical nectar (Ardeb or Ardebiya)
Cooking Instructions

Soaks tamarind and seive

For de caramel add 1 cup of castor sugar and alow to caramelize till it turns to dark brownish colour, add small quantity of water gently, and allow to cool

Now soak all spices for 10 mins and seive
- 4
Add all ingredients together and add ice cubes, and serve chilled..... Don't add d caramel too much cause of it bitterness.
