Wash the Teasle Gourd and cut into two halves

Now boil those in a cooker till 1st whilst. They will ne half cooked.

Now with a help of spoon take out the seeds part very carefully. Make a paste of these seeds.

Take a pan. Heat oil. Make a masala with onion, green chilli, the teasle gourd seed paste with mustard and poppy seed paste. This masla will be the filling of pakoda.

Now fill the cavity of Teasle gourd with this masala.

Make a batter with besan, turmeric, salt and little sugar. Dip each filled half in the batter and deep fry in oil. Kakrol pur is ready to surve. It will taste awesome with steamed rice.
