Cook rice normally.when it's almost ready add colour(egg yellow) let it simmer then put aside......the aroma of basmati rice will fill the house 😋

Boil the chicken (don't use too much water)

Heat oil in a cooking pan and sauté the onions untill they brown...add chicken and stir for 5mins

Blend chopped onions and tomatoes.. to it add the plain yoghurt and all the spices and stir until they mix well and add to the chicken then bring to boil to get the spices

Add fried onion to the chicken and leave for 5mins for it to absorb the flavour... serve hot with kachumbari..Bon appetit!
