  • 1/2 kgkienyeji chicken
  • 2 tbsmusherekha
  • 1 tspkirkoman sauce
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • Salt

    Cut the chicken into pieces and wash

  2. 2

    Steam with its water for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Add the spices and steam for 20 more minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt.

  5. 5

    Heat your pan with a little oil and shallow fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with steamed spinach and hot ugali
