Grate the veggies.Add all veggies and dry spices along with flour.

Add water and knead a bit tight dough. Pinch a ball shaped dough. Dut flour on a flat surface. With fingers flatten the dough. Make a few insertions with fingers in the paratha.

Heat a tava. Add the flattened paratha on it. Cook on both sides adding oil. Cook till golden on both sides.

Serve with raita. Enjoy.
