This is nutritious and protein pack one pot meal, which include everything we need for complete meal. Dals, vegetables & spices.
Steps

Wash & soak Dalia & Dals together. Soak it until you cut vegetables.

Now heat oil & ghee together, temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds,cloves, cinnamon, asafoetida, curry leaves & green chillies. After few seconds add onions & saute it.

Now add coriander & vegetable mix & saute for 2 minutes.

Now add ginger, garlic& rest of spices. Then add soaked Dalia & Dals & add water. 1:3 ratio of water is enough.

Add salt, mix and bring it to boil. Once it starts boiling, slow down heat and cover it & let it cook on simmer.

As water reduced and our pulav also cooked. Serve hot with curd & papad.
