Peel the onion and slice finally. Slice the all veggies.in thin strips. Heat oil in a work.when the oil is sizzling hot. add chopped ginger garlic. Stir and add the onion, carrot, pepper and capsicum. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

While the vegetable are cooking, put some water on to boil for the noodles. Add soy sauce, Salt and pepper powder in the veggies.

Cook the noodles according to the package instruction. Rinse and wash with cold water and add into the stir fried vegetables. Mixing well to make sure the noodles are well coated. Serve immediately topped with chopped veggies.
