Add dal into wheat flour mix well add salt as needed.knead it.

Make medium size balls.take 1 ball roll it apply some ghee and fold it like saree pleats than roll it like swiss role, roll again make parantha

Put it on tawa fry from both sides.

Multigrain lacha parantha with many layers is ready to serve with butter or curd.
