Add all the dal in cooker and take 3 whistles, make paste of onion, tomato, chilli.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee or oil and add 1 tsp jeera, bay leaf and 2 dried red chilli. also add onion,tomato,green chilli, ginger garlic paste and cook well.
Now add 1/4tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and mix well.add pressure cooked dal, making sure dal has cooked well. - 3
Also add 1/2 cup water or more as required.cover and simmer for 5 minutes.now add 1/4 tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.finally serve mix dal fry with steamed rice or roti.
