Ingredients

25 ladoos
  1. 1 cup + 3 cupsBesan
  2. 1 cupGhee
  3. as neededRefined oil
  4. 3 cupsPowdered sugar
  5. 1 tspElachi powder
  6. as neededDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    First take besan and dry roast it till the raw smell of besan goes and keep it aside

  2. 2

    In a pan take ghee add oil. Add of 3 cups besan and cook till it changes it's colour. Turn off the flame take the mixture in a bowl. Let it come to room temperature.

    After it cools down in the mixture add dry roasted besan and powdered sugar. Mix it well.

    After mixing make the ladoos out of it. And garnish with some dry fruits. Besan ladoo is now ready.
