Black Jamun Sorbet

Squeeze the jamun with your hands and extract all the seeds.Puree and strain the pulp through a sieve.

Add the sugar, black salt, pepper powder and lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.

Chill well in a cake or bread mould(as shown in the picture below).Keep in the freezer overnight and make sorbet.Refreeze it to firm a little and slice or scoop and serve. Enjoy it with freshly cubed fruits.
