Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchopped pineapple
  • 2 tbspchopped mangoes
  • 1banana diced
  • 2 tbsppomegranate
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1small green chilli chopped finely
  • 1/4th tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4th tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4th tsp rock salt or salt
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tsppowdered sugar
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop pineapple and mango.Dice banana.Add fruits of your choice in a bowl.Sprinkle lemon juice. Add raisins and pomegranate.Beat the curd with a beater to make it smooth.Add powdered sugar if using sour curd.Add the chopped fruits and spices and toss all.Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.Garnish with raisins and pomegranate.Serve chilled.
