3-4green chillies
handfulCoriander leaves
1 pinchAsafoetida
1 tspCumin seeds
to tasteSalt
1 tbspOil
1 tspGaram masala
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
11/2 tspCoriander powder

Boil potatoes.

Heat oil crackle cumin seeds.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Saute it for sometime.

Add green chillies.

Add boiled potatoes,cook it for sometime.

Add all spices and salt

Add water as desired.

Let it boil for sometime.

Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
