4-5bitter gourd(karela)
1 cupbottle gourd
100 gms raw moong dal
1 tspnigella seeds
1dry red chilli
To tastesalt and turmeric powder
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and dry red chilli.

Fry the vegetables and add salt and turmeric powder.

Wash the dal and mix well.

Add water and boil till it gets soft.
