Take potato, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander and onion in a grinding jar, add nicely washed liver pieces in this

Grind this, add red chilli, coriander, turmeric, black pepper powder and salt and mix

Now add dry yeast and 2 tsp warm water mix and cover and left for 1/2 an hour

Now add chopped coriander, onion, bread crumbs and cheese and mix
- 5
Heat oil in kadai and pour a spoonful better and fry till crisp and brown in colour, do same with all better
- 6
When done left out and serve hot with chutney and sauce
