Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish and set aside

    Peel the plantain, cut and set aside

  3. 3

    Blend onions, ginger, garlic, scotch bonnet, add water and allow to boil

  4. 4

    Add the fish, seasoning and allow to cook

  5. 5

    Add the plantain and allow to cook for few minutes
