Chicken Korma
It's a typical Pakistani style chicken Korma .
Steps

Collect all the ingredients accordingly

Put oil in a kadai on a medium flame, add all the whole spices fry for a few seconds

Add chicken in karahi,fry for 5 minutes (i used boneless chicken,you can use any other kind of chicken and fry accordingly) or till it is light brown

Then add all the other spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, gram flour) mix it properly with the chicken and cook for 02-03 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for another 5 minutes

Add yoghurt in it and mix it properly and cook it for another 5-10 minutes

Add fried onion, mix it and cook till all the oils comes out

Fry until the oil separates

Add water as per the gravy u want and boil it on a high flame →in the end add gram masala and garnish it with ginger strings and green chilli
