1 tspcornstarch
1/2 cupbeef broth
2 tspolive oil
1 lbground beef
1onion
1green pepper
2 tblsketchup
2 tblsworchestershire sauce
2 tsptaco seasoning
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspsalt
1 1/2 cupsshredded sharp white cheddar cheese
6hamburger buns

Sautee onion and green pepper in oil over med heat for 3 min

Add beef and brown for additional 3 min

Stir in all dry seasonings.

Add cornstarch miture and simmer for 3 min.

Place mixture on buns with cheese on top. Melt cheese using broiler.
