  1. 3 cansblack beans
  2. 1 canvegetable broth
  3. 6 ozcan of tomato paste
  4. 1/2-1onion
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt
  8. 1/2? tablespoon of lemon juice (didn't try)
  9. 1+ tomatoes (optional)
  10. 1+ avocados (optional)
  11. chopped cilantro (optional)
  12. Tabasco (optional)
  13. feta cheese

  1. 1

    Boil chicken to make shredded chicken. (If not making vegetarian.)

    Use olive oil to sautéed chopped onion and garlic in a soup size pot.

    Add black beans, vegetable broth, tomato paste, and salt. Optional - lemon juice. Boil.

    Pour about 2/3 into food processor, leave beans in pot.

    Blend and stir back in pot with left over beans in pot.

    Optional - add shredded chicken.

    Add Tabasco, tomato, avocado, feta cheese, and cilantro.
