Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupOats
  2. 1/4 cupMoong Dal
  3. 1/4 tspJeera
  4. 1/4 tspFreshly ground pepper
  5. 3 tspGhee
  6. 1Green chilli (optional)
  7. 6Cashew
  8. As neededCurry leaves
  9. 1 tspGinger grated
  10. 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add jeera,moong dal and water in a vessel and boil.Once moong dal cooked add oats and boil for 3min.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a kadai add all the above ingredients for tempering.

  3. 3

    Finally add salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Healthy and tasty pongal is ready to serve.
