Soak the dal for 3_4 hrs. Wash and grind coarsely with ginger and chillies.

Now switch on the stove put pan add 1_1/2 tsp ghee add the paste now add all the spices roast it till it turns dark brown.switch off the gas.let.it cool.

In a bowl take refined flour.add 1_1/2 so ghee salt little bit.mix well now knead it with normal water. Make a much soft dough. Rest it for 15_20 min and cover with wet clean cloth.

Now take a mixer jar put the mix blend it take out from jar mix nuts.

Now take a dough make.tennis ball size portion make a thick chapati decide.into 2.take 1part and make cone structure fill the appropriate mixture close the each side properly just shaped like a samosa, triangle.

Put oil in kadhai. Frying samosa at low heat till it turns golden. Serve hot or cool. With pickle.
