Ingredients

  • 500 gBeef qeema
  • 250 gYellow mong dal (wash and soak at least 2 hours)
  • 3-4Onion
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tspCrush red chilli flakes
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • half tspHaldi
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tbspCrush coriander seeds
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  • 4Green chilli
  • 1Egg 🥚
  • Bread crumbs 🍞

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add qeema dal onions and all spices and cooked (don’t add water meat reduce its own water)until water dry set a side
    In choper add kabab masala green chilli coriander leaves and choperize them give required shape

  2. 2

    In bowl beat egg 🥚
    Dip kabab in egg then bread crumbs and deep fry

  3. 3

    Serve with green chatni
    Note
    Originall recipe may center may boiled egg ko kat k us k oper kabab k masala say wrap kar k phir egg aur bread crumbs ki coating kartey hay

    My family don’t like egg 🥚 so i skip
