Take a ghee in bowl, add maids, curd, salt, soda. Mix well. Make a dough with water.

After 15 min make balushahi with soft hand. In other pan make thick chashni / sugar syrup

Take a heavy bottom pan, add ghee for for fry. Began to fry balushahi in low flame.It takes 12-15 min to turn in golden brown.

Place the balushahi in sugar syrup for 2 min.Take off the balushahi from sugar syrup.Now balushahi is ready to eat.

Serve it hot in any festival.
