Steps

Wash the rice&moongdal.Add 1tsp ghee&mix it well &keep it aside.

Heat a pressure cooker add 1 tbsp ghee,add cuminseeds,bayleaf,redchilli,hing&javitri.crackle 30seconds.

Add rice &moongdal stir till it's becomes fry nicely.

Add double hot water double of the rice.

Add salt &turmeric cover it.

When 1 whistle comes low the flame 5 mints.

After 5 mints off the gas.After gas fully release open the cover.

Moong dal khichdi is ready to serve.Mix another spoon of ghee &serve in hot.
