Pressure Cook black chana for ten minutes. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Now finely chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves and green chilli.

Add boiled chana and chopped vegetables in mixing bowl.

Now squeeze one lemon juice in it and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix well and serve.
