For pizza dough, first on milk mix the activated yeast and pinch of sugar and keep aside for 10 mins. In a another bowl mix maida, salt, sugar and butter. After 10 mins pour the milk mixture to the maida mixture and mix it well. Keep it aside for 2 hours with a cover. After 2 hours the maida will be double in size.

After 2 hours knead the maida well with the help of some dry maida sprinkles. And make it a fine dough. Now cut the maida roll into some small dough ball. Give the small dough ball into roti shape.

On the roti spread the pizza sauce, spread the grated cheese, capsicum slices and tomato slices. Sprinkle the chilli flakes and oregano. You can add some black olive too.

Put the pizza into pre heated oven on the temperature of 200• cc for 15 mins. And your pizza is ready.
