Ingredients

10minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cup roughly torn bread pieces
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 chopped green chilli and ginger
  • 1 onion finally chopped
  • 1 tomato finally chopped
  • 1/2 Turmaric powder
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Corriender leaves
  • 1 tsp black water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed. When it's crackle add onion, ginger, green chilli and onion and saute 1 minute on medium flame. Add chopped tomato,Turmeric powder,Black pepper powder,Salt and water and mix everything well. Cook for another 1 minute.

    Add tomato ketchup and mix everything well. Stir continuously.

  3. 3

    In a bowl beat eggs well and add bread pieces and mix slowly. Pour this mixture into pan.stir carefully. Cook for 1 minute. Add some chopped Coriander leaves and off the flame. Serve hot garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
